1 General Rules

4 Deposit Policy

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: BDT 200,000
• Standard Withdrawal Processing Time: 15–30 Minutes

Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance. Winnings from bonuses become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: a minimum 30x wagering requirement applies.

7 Gaming Rules

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, ckkk4 may void that round.
• Incorrect winnings displayed due to a software error will be considered void.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Members may also request account closure at any time.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded.
• The balance of any account closed due to a rule violation will not be refunded.
• You may apply to reopen your account after it has been closed.
